"My Elegant Finds" will provide a 14 day return policy, during which a buyer may return any item undamaged (at their own expense) for any reason. You must obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number from us before returning or exchanging the merchandise. No returns will be accepted or processed without an RMA number. Contact a Customer Support Representative by telephone. Do not accept packages that show extensive damage. If the item(s) were damaged during shipping, all insurance claims will be done through the carrier. All shipments have an option or are required to be sent with insurance coverage for the amount of purchase.

Instructions for returns:

1. Call our Customer Support (602) 317-1027 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Pack the item the same way it was packaged when you received it.
3. For the shipping label, use the address on the invoice and put to the attention of Returns Department and include the RMA number on the outside shipping label.
4. Item(s) can be shipped by any carrier, but a tracking number and signature on delivery is required.
5. Insure the package that you are returning. We are not responsible for shipping damage or if the item is lost in transit. Once we receive the returned item(s) and accept them according to the RMA number, the item(s) will be forwarded to inspection where they will be checked for scratches, marks, security tags and paperwork. If everything is in order, the return payment or exchange will be processed less a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept items that are uninsured, require no signature, or are packaged improperly. We are not responsible for merchandise that is not received by us or doesnt meet our return requirements.
